The single-stage refrigeration cycle means that the refrigerant is successively subjected to four processes of compression, condensation, throttling and evaporation in the refrigeration system, and the cycle of the single-stage refrigerator is completed, that is, the purpose of cooling is achieved.

2. The cascade refrigerator is usually composed of two separate refrigeration systems, called the high temperature and low temperature sections. The high temperature part uses a medium temperature refrigerant, and the low temperature part uses a low temperature refrigerant. The evaporation of the refrigerant in the high temperature part system is used to condense the refrigerant in the low temperature part of the system, and the two parts are connected by a condensing evaporator, which is both the evaporator of the high temperature part and the condenser of the low temperature part. The low temperature part of the refrigerant absorbs heat (ie, produces a cooling amount) into the object to be cooled in the evaporator, and transfers the heat to the high temperature part of the refrigerant, and then transfers the heat to the cooling medium (water or air by the high temperature part of the refrigerant). ).

Usually the single-stage refrigeration mode can reach -40°C,Cascade Refrigeration mode can reach
